Steve Blanc has practiced tax procedure for over 37 years as a trial attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel of the IRS in San Diego and Chicago. He has litigated numerous cases before the United States Tax Court. In private practice, he spent a decade litigating civil and criminal tax cases in a nationally known tax controversy firm, Hochman, Salkin, et al, in Beverly Hills, California.
