Biography

Mr. Churchill is a public-interest lawyer with over 30 years of experience handling employment law cases. He is the co-founder and principal of Fair Work, P.C., a public-interest law firm that represents workers in individual and class action litigation. Before launching Fair Work, he was a partner at Lichten & Liss-Riordan, P.C., where he represented workers in individual class action cases throughout Massachusetts. Additionally, he was a partner at a Boston law firm and directed the Employment Civil Rights Clinic at the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School. Mr. Churchill is a board member of Lawyers for Civil Rights and co-founder of the Fair Employment Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering legal information and resources to victims of workplace discrimination. The Fair Employment Project has received the American Bar Association’s Louis M. Brown Award for Legal Access. He also serves as a mediator through Workplace Dispute Resolutions, LLC, which he co-founded. During his time as a student at Harvard Law School, Mr. Churchill was the Executive Director of the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau.
