Dr. Steve Granger

Biography

Steve Granger is an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University. He received his PhD in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources from the University of Calgary, and an MSc from the University of Manitoba. His research primarily revolves around occupational health psychology, workplace safety, and job design, with a particular focus on resilience, leadership, and the impact of individual and organizational factors on coping with adversity. Granger's work has been published in prominent journals such as Personnel Psychology, Human Relations, and the Journal of Occupational Organizational Psychology, contributing to the understanding of how workplace dynamics affect employee well-being. He has taught courses in organizational behaviour, research methods, and health and safety management, while also serving on editorial boards for leading academic journals. Granger actively engages in supervision of both MSc and PhD candidates in Management.
