Steve C. Wrappe is an internationally recognized expert in transfer pricing with over 25 years of experience advising multinational clients on complex transfer pricing planning, compliance, and controversy. In academia, Steve has taught U.S. transfer pricing at NYU School of Law for more than 15 years and lectures at UC Irvine School of Law. His teaching bridges practice and policy, focusing on practical case studies, tax authority negotiation strategies, and cross-border tax coordination. He is the co-author of 'Transfer Pricing: Rules, Compliance, and Controversy', a leading U.S. transfer pricing treatise, and has written over 100 articles covering APAs, tariffs, and controversy strategy. In recognition of his contributions, he was named Bloomberg Tax’s Federal Tax Contributing Author of the Year in 2023.
