Biography

Steven Bank is the Paul Hastings Professor of Business Law at UCLA School of Law, where he has been a faculty member since 2002. Before joining UCLA, he was an associate professor at Florida State University College of Law and has extensive legal practice experience, including clerking for the Honorable Jesse Eschbach of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
