Biography

Steve Edwards is an Adjunct Professor at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, teaching various elements of real estate development and investment. He has a diverse background in real estate and technology, having spent over 20 years sourcing, entitling, developing, redeveloping, and managing unique real estate development projects. Edwards has been responsible for projects valued at $1 billion through various stages of entitlement and development. Edwards holds a degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, and a degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology with a minor in Biochemistry from the same university.
