Biography

Stevenson Potter is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Neurology and Neurosurgery at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He is a neurointensivist with a focus on the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit at Rhode Island Hospital. Potter graduated with honors from Harvard University in 1986 and went on to earn his M.D. and Ph.D. in 2003 from Case Western Reserve University. Additionally, he serves as a lecturer on Traumatic Brain Injury, teaching courses that cover crucial topics such as the neurologic exam, intracranial hemorrhage, and small group discussions. Potter is dedicated to advancing education and clinical care in neurocritical settings.
