Biography

Dr. Su Yuan grew up in Toronto, Canada. She completed her undergraduate degree in Human Biology at the University of Toronto and earned her medical degree from the University of Calgary. Her training in Internal Medicine was at the University of Saskatchewan, followed by specialized training in adult echocardiography at the University of Alberta Mazankowski Heart Institute in Edmonton. Dr. Yuan has additional training in adult congenital heart disease from the University of Toronto General Hospital. She also holds a Master's degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Western Ontario. Currently, Dr. Yuan is a full-time faculty member at Weill Cornell Medical College and works at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital as a specialist in Adult Congenital Heart Disease and Echocardiography. Her clinical practice includes patients with acquired congenital heart disease, and she is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Adult Echocardiography. Dr. Yuan is dedicated to providing world-class care in the dynamic and evolving field of cardiology by applying advancements in techniques and treatments to improve her patients' health.
