Dr. Sudhir Perincheri

Biography

Sudhir Perincheri, Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology at Yale, has completed his residency in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology with fellowship training in Hematopathology, and Renal and Genitourinary Pathology. His recruitment to the faculty in the Department of Pathology involves signing out in various subspecialties while also focusing on the evolution and application of Digital Pathology and Transplant Pathology. Dr. Perincheri's research interests include emerging tools in Anatomic Pathology and collaborating with faculty to apply Multi-Photon Microscopy in renal and prostate pathology. He is involved in studies utilizing digital analysis tools for Anatomic Pathology and has an active collaboration with basic science labs investigating mechanisms of transplant rejection. His academic journey includes significant fellowships and residency at reputable institutions, and he is a member of the ECOG-ACRIN Multiple Myeloma Committee and other professional organizations. Dr. Perincheri's work emphasizes the intersection of clinical and basic science, and he aims to develop advanced imaging techniques and artificial intelligence algorithms in pathology to enhance disease diagnosis.
