Sue Mobley is a New Orleans based urbanist, organizer, and advocate. Currently serving as a Visiting Scholar at the Center for Public Art and Space at the Weitzman School of Design, she is also a Senior Research Scholar at Monument Lab. Sue's primary research interests lie in urban studies, municipal policy, and politics, with a particular focus on design ethnography addressing issues of race, class, and gender. She is the author of 'Human Rights, Human Wrongs' and a contributor to 'Remaking New Orleans: Exceptionalism and Authenticity' published by Duke University Press.
