Biography

Dr. Sumi Lee is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Administration and Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University. Dr. Lee's research interests include artificial intelligence, sustainability, organizational learning, and women's leadership, with a particular emphasis on empowering underrepresented groups such as migrants, retirees, and students. Her work aims to create inclusive environments that promote leadership development among these groups. At Texas A&M University, Dr. Lee is dedicated to helping students grow into effective HRD leaders. She draws on her coaching certification and extensive experience to support students' personal growth, assist in goal setting, and prepare the next generation of leaders in the HRD field.
