Sunil Khatri is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Texas A&M University. He received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1999, and completed his M.S. at the University of Texas at Austin in 1989, as well as his B.S. at the Indian Institute of Technology in 1987. His research interests include computer-aided design, very large scale integration (VLSI) design, and logic physical design automation. His current research focuses on various aspects of VLSI design, including digital and analog circuits, dont-care computation, test generation, and leakage power analysis reduction techniques. Additionally, he explores clock distribution, asynchronous circuit design, cross-talk analysis avoidance, datapath design automation, Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) codes, Dense Wavelength-Division Multiplexed (DWDM) network routing, and Wavelength Assignment techniques. Khatri is actively involved in both teaching and mentoring students in these areas.
