Biography

Susan H. Farbstein is a Clinical Professor at Harvard Law School and the Director of the International Human Rights Clinic. Her current research focuses on obtaining justice for war crimes and crimes against humanity, particularly in Ukraine, and advancing corporate accountability for human rights abuses in global supply chains. She has over two decades of expertise in human rights and transitional justice in South Africa.
