Biography

Susan Gevelber spent 30 years as a Social Studies high school teacher, creating and teaching a wide array of courses. In school-based leadership positions, she engaged in curricular reform and professional development initiatives. Utilizing inclusive discussion and deliberation techniques, her teaching focused on the transformative potential of historical inquiry.
