Susan Lupack holds a B.A. with honors in Classics from New York University, an M.A. in Latin, and a Ph.D. in Classics with a focus on Greek and Roman archaeology from the University of Texas at Austin. Her recent academic endeavors include co-directing a project investigating the societal identity of Mycenaean religion and contributing to the Cambridge Guide to Homer. A committed educator, she has taught at prestigious institutions such as Brooklyn College and the University of Pennsylvania and has held editorial positions with the Hesperia journal and other academic publications. Susan joined the Ancient History Department at Macquarie University in February 2017, enthusiastic about sharing her passion for the ancient world with her students.
