Susan Perkin is a Professor of Physical Chemistry at the University of Oxford and a Fellow of Trinity College. She studied at St. John’s College, Oxford, where she obtained her MChem in 2002, and completed her DPhil at Balliol College in 2006 as a Jowett Senior Scholar. During her doctoral studies, she was a visitor at the Weizmann Institute of Science. From 2005 to 2008, Susan was elected as a Junior Research Fellow at Merton College. She has received several prestigious awards, including the ERC Starting Grant in 2015 and the Royal Society of Chemistry's Harrison-Meldola Memorial Prize in 2016. Susan actively contributes to the academic community through her roles in various committees and editorial boards.
