Dr. Susan Squier

Biography

Susan Squier is a notable Brill Professor in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and English at Pennsylvania State University, where she engages with cultural studies of science and medicine, feminist theory, comics medicine, disability studies, and human-animal-object studies. Squier's academic journey includes significant educational experiences at Princeton University and Stanford University. Her publication repertoire includes influential works such as 'Babies Bottles: Twentieth Century Visions Reproductive Technology' and 'Graphic Medicine Manifesto'.
