Biography

Susan Wagner is an emeritus professor at the University of Saskatchewan's College of Nursing, with a distinguished career spanning over four decades in nursing education and health care. She graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) in 1971, later earning a Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) in 1984. Wagner has extensively contributed to nursing through research, curriculum development, and participation on numerous committees aimed at enhancing health care services in Canada. Her research interests focus on family caregiver burden, case management, and program evaluation in home care services, utilizing mixed methods. Throughout her career, she has been involved in various health care committees and initiatives, reflecting her commitment to the advancement of nursing education and health services in Saskatchewan and beyond.
