Dr. Suzanne Chan Serafin

Biography

Suzanne Chan-Serafin is an Associate Professor at the UNSW Business School, focusing on Organizational Behavior. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Tulane University. Before entering academia, Suzanne worked as an auditor accountant for several years, specializing in the manufacturing industry and passing the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) examinations. She has taught courses on organizational behavior, ethics communication, and career management at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Her research centers on moral diversity issues in the workplace, worker safety training, and mediation. Suzanne's work has been published in reputable journals such as the American Journal of Public Health, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, Human Relations, Human Resource Management, and Organization Science. Furthermore, her research has been featured in major media outlets, including the Australian Financial Review, CNN, and National Public Radio.
