Suzanne Williams is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where she teaches in the Oxford Programme on Negotiation. She is the recipient of the Queen's Police Medal in recognition of her commitment to the fields of kidnapping and negotiation, ultimately saving lives. Besides her lectures at Oxford, she also teaches at Harvard University and works closely with the international humanitarian sector. Suzanne's unique and impactful approach combines her extensive experience with effective communication techniques to help participants formulate negotiation strategies that ensure successful business transactions.
