Biography

Szymon Osmola is a Lecturer in Commercial Law at Edinburgh Law School. He holds a PhD and an LLM from the European University Institute in Florence, as well as a Master’s degree in Law with distinction from Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Szymon is an expert in commercial law, contract law, and EU law, and has a keen interest in legal theory. He teaches courses on commercial law, including topics such as insurance law, rights of security, commercial remedies, and agency.
