Biography

Talbot M. Andrews is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Government at Cornell University. His research focuses on how policy design in changing environments interacts with individuals’ attitudes and shapes behavior related to environmental policy. Before joining Cornell University, he served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Connecticut and was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Center for the Study of Democratic Politics at Princeton University. He completed his PhD in Political Science at Stony Brook University in 2020.
