Biography

Tam Trinh is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the Department of Analytics and Operations at the National University of Singapore. With close to 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has a strong focus on risk management and data analytics. She graduated from Cornell University with a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (summa cum laude with Departmental Honors) in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering, specializing in Financial Engineering. Tam also holds professional certifications as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), CFA ESG Investing, Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and Certified Analytics Professional (CAP). In 2024, she was recognized as one of the Global Top 100 Innovators in Data Analytics by Corinium and ranked in the Top CIO100 ASEAN 2024 by IDG-Foundry. Currently, she is offering the course DBA4811 Analytics Consulting at NUS Business School, which integrates academic topics with practical applications in the business sector.
