Biography

Tamsin Black is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Psychological Therapies specialist with over 20 years of experience in the NHS. She serves as the Hub Lead for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the East London Foundation NHS Trust. Tamsin is an Accredited Practitioner Supervisor for the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. In 2018, she joined the CYP-IAPT programme at King's College London as Co-Lead for the CBT Supervision module and now serves as an Associate Clinical Tutor for the CBT Diploma. Her current research interests are focused on the relationship between sleep, childhood trauma, and adult coping mechanisms in the face of adversity and psychosis.
