Biography

Tasha Warren is a two-time Grammy-nominated recording artist and teacher renowned for her international performances of clarinet repertoire. She has premiered hundreds of solo clarinet and chamber works across Europe, China, South Korea, and India. Her notable recordings include her recent album, 'Ourself Ourself, Concealed,' produced in collaboration with cellist Dave Eggar, which earned Grammy nominations in 2023. Warren is currently an Assistant Professor of Chamber Music at Michigan State University's College of Music, and has previously taught at Louisiana State University and the University of Virginia. She has implemented study abroad music programs in Spain, India, and Israel, and has been involved in adjudicating numerous national and international competitions in chamber music and clarinet performance.
