Biography

Tatiana Lamoureux Gauvin is a Faculty Lecturer at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management, where she teaches courses in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources Management, Managing Teams, and Cross-Cultural Management. With nearly 15 years of industry experience in human resources training, Tatiana is committed to providing an optimal student experience and enhancing student learning and wellbeing. As the Program Director for the Master of Management in Analytics, she focuses on improving student wellness and overall educational engagement. Tatiana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Management from McGill University, a Master of Science in Organizational Development from HEC Montréal, and a Graduate Diploma in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion from Université Laval. She is an active member of the Ordre des CRHA du Québec and also designs and delivers training programs for corporate clients while adopting a learner-centered approach to adult learning principles. Tatiana specializes in train-the-trainer programs, human resources practices, equity, diversity, inclusion, and soft skills training.
