Biography

Terrence Guay is a Clinical Professor of International Business and Associate Dean at the Penn State School of International Affairs. He has been with the Smeal College of Business since 2004, bringing a wealth of experience from previous faculty appointments at the School of International Service at American University and the Maxwell School of Syracuse University. As a former Graduate Director of the International Relations Program at Maxwell School, Dr. Guay has made significant contributions to academia. He has published or co-authored seven books and 25 journal articles and book chapters, focusing on topics such as the effects of government policies on the global defense industry, transatlantic economic relations, the impact of economic sanctions on international business, NGOs and corporate codes of conduct, and corporate social responsibility. Dr. Guay's courses at Smeal cover Global Perspectives, International Business, and National Policies, among others.
