Biography

Terrence Roche is a full-time faculty member in the Learning Organizational Change graduate programs (MSLOC, MOD, LEIOC) at Northwestern University, where he teaches courses on strategy, leadership, decision-making, organizational justice, and strategic change. He has over a decade of leadership experience across multiple sectors, having served as Senior Vice President of Strategy Operations at Kellen Company, where he led enterprise strategy and post-acquisition integration at global offices. Terence was also Vice President of Professional Services at Start Early, where he scaled workforce solutions nationwide, and directed change and innovation efforts at YMCA USA that impacted hundreds of local organizations. He began his career in general management at a Fortune 500 company and as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, overseeing logistics operations in complex global environments.
