Biography

Terri Duhon is a Non-Executive Chair at Morgan Stanley Investment Management Ltd. and a Non-Executive Director on the board of Morgan Stanley International. She also chairs the Risk Committee at Rathbones plc and is a Non-Executive Director of Wise plc, a global fintech company. After graduating from MIT with a degree in Mathematics, Terri began her career at J.P. Morgan, where she spent ten years as a derivative trader and was part of the team that developed the credit derivative market globally. Following her time in finance, she became an entrepreneur and started a consulting business, leading expert witness teams in unwinding complex financial products during the credit crisis. Terri is also a founding member of the Women’s Leadership Group at the Prince’s Trust and serves on the board of CHAPS Co and Operation Smile. In academia, she teaches in the MBA and MSc Financial Economics programs at Saïd Business School, including an eight-week experiential trading strategy course. This course allows students to engage in creating equity, debt, and foreign exchange exposures while using risk-return analysis to propose trades. Additionally, she contributes to the Oxford Algorithmic Trading Programme, which explores technology's role in developing effective trading strategies.
