Dr. Terry Cooper is the Maria B. Crutcher Professor at the School of Planning and Development and Political Science at USC Dornsife. His research primarily focuses on citizen participation, ethical governance, and public administration. He has served as a co-principal investigator in the USC Neighborhood Participation Project, researching the role of neighborhood organizations in the governance of Los Angeles's newly established neighborhood councils.
