Dr. Thomas Kurian

Biography

Thomas Kurian, M.D., is an Assistant Professor at Dell Medical School, University of Texas. He specializes in cardiovascular disease and cardiac electrophysiology. Dr. Kurian completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and went on to pursue a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease with a focus on Cardiac Electrophysiology at Washington University School of Medicine/Barnes-Jewish Hospital. He has extensive experience as a cardiac electrophysiologist, having served at Mercy Heart Vascular Hospital in St. Louis and the Ascension Seton Heart Institute in Austin. Dr. Kurian is also a co-founder of Intuitive Innovations Solutions and AF Therapeutics RFMx, Inc. He is affiliated with professional organizations such as the American College of Cardiology and the Heart Rhythm Society. His work centers on improving health outcomes through person-centered, integrated care, particularly in the Central Texas community.
