Dr. Thomas Reindersma

Biography

Thomas Reindersma is a postdoctoral researcher at the Health Services Management & Organisation research group, Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam. His current research primarily focuses on institutional change within mental health systems. He has previously conducted doctoral research on the implementation of alternative payment funding models in health and social care. His work is practice-focused and informed by theories of management and organization. Reindersma holds a bachelor's degree in Technology Management and a master's degree in Supply Chain Management. He has also held positions at the Faculty of Economics & Business at the Aletta Jacobs School of Public Health, University of Groningen, serving as a research assistant.
