Biography

Thomas Risse is a senior professor in the Excellence Cluster "Contestations of the Liberal Script (SCRIPTS)" at the Freie Universität Berlin, where he previously held the position of Professor of International Politics and Director of the Working Group on Transnational Relations, Foreign, and Security Policy at the Otto Suhr Institute of Political Science.
