Biography

Before being appointed to the University of Geneva, Thomas Sattler was a professor at the London School of Economics and Political Science and University College Dublin. He was also a postdoctoral researcher at Princeton University and New York University. Thomas Sattler obtained a PhD in Political Science from ETH Zurich and completed the Doctoral Students Economics Program at the Study Center Gerzensee of the Swiss National Bank. He teaches in the field of international relations and economic policy. His research focuses on the political impact of globalization and monetary and fiscal policies in both developed and emerging countries.
