Biography

Thomas E. Sepe, MD, is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University and a partner at University Gastroenterology, a prominent private practice group in Rhode Island, focused on gastrointestinal and liver diseases. He serves as the Director of the Liver Center at University Gastroenterology, managing a robust clinical trials unit dedicated to liver disease research. Dr. Sepe has supervised numerous clinical trials, including 70 focused on Hepatitis C infection and additional trials investigating non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and cirrhosis.
