Tilo Böhmann is the head of the IT Management and Consulting research group. His research interests focus on Service Systems Engineering and IT Management. Tilo Böhmann habilitated at the Technical University of Munich and worked as a research assistant and group leader at the Chair for Information Systems under Prof. Dr. Helmut Krcmar. He earned his doctorate at the University of Hohenheim (Stuttgart) with a thesis on service development in economics and studied at the University of Hohenheim and the London School of Economics and Political Science focusing on economics and information systems. In 2006, he won first place in the scientific junior competition of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in the field of services.
