Biography

Tim Lewens is a Professor of Philosophy at the University of Cambridge, where he specializes in the philosophy of biology, philosophy of science, and philosophical bioethics. Tim has published several important works, including 'Why Disagree About Human Nature' and has edited volumes such as 'Meaning in Science' and 'Cultural Evolution: Conceptual Challenges'. His academic contributions also include articles in journals focused on the intersection of biology and philosophy, where he discusses concepts like synthetic biology and the implications of evolutionary theory.
