Biography

Tim Mullett is an associate professor in the Behavioural Sciences Group at Warwick Business School. He attained his PhD from the University of Nottingham, where he studied Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience. Prior to his current role, he was a research fellow at the ESRC Network for Integrated Behavioural Science based at Warwick, and held positions at the University of Cambridge and the University of Bath. Tim's research employs a variety of methodologies, including eye tracking and neuroimaging, to understand how people make choices and search for information. A significant part of his work applies big data analysis to real-world datasets to examine decision-making processes. In addition to his research published in leading academic journals, Tim collaborates with various policymakers and organizations, including UK police forces and the Financial Conduct Authority, to apply his research findings in practical contexts.
