Biography

Timothy DeMasi is a lecturer at Columbia Law School, previously a partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. He specializes in patent litigation in federal courts, the United States International Trade Commission, and has litigated cases across a variety of technologies. He is also active in pro bono work, contributing to cases with the Advocates for Children and the Innocence Project. In addition to his practice, DeMasi has written articles on various legal topics, which have been cited and relied upon by federal courts and legal treatises.
