Timothy Longman is a Professor of Political Science and International Relations at Boston University’s Pardee School of Global Studies, where he also serves as the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. His research primarily focuses on state-society relations in Africa, with particular attention to human rights, transitional justice, and the intertwining of religion and politics.
