Biography

Timothy C. Von Dulm is the Associate Director of Research Services at the Biddle Law Library, where he facilitates the research needs of the Penn Law community. Prior to joining Penn Law in 2004, he worked in a variety of professional settings, including law libraries, private practice, the federal judiciary, and the state legislature. He holds an A.B. degree from Occidental College, a J.D., and a Master of Library and Information Science (M.L.I.S.) from the University of California at Los Angeles. He is a member of the State Bar of California (inactive).
