Biography

Tina Miedtank is an Assistant Professor in Strategic Human Resource Management at Radboud University. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Studies from King’s College London, UK. Before her tenure at Radboud University, she worked for 1.5 years at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, as part of a European Commission-funded research project, EQUAL4EUROPE. Additionally, she served as a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Management at the Université de Neuchâtel in Switzerland for two years. Miedtank has worked collaboratively with UNESCO in Nepal to develop initiatives aimed at empowering Nepalese women and girls. Her research focuses on trends affecting knowledge transfer processes, as well as inclusive diversity practices in Human Resources. She aims to contribute to effective management and inclusion within organizations. Miedtank also engages in training programs for leadership development.
