Biography

Ting-Ling Chang, D.D.S. is a Health Sciences Clinical Professor and Chair of the Section of Prosthodontics at the UCLA School of Dentistry. Since joining the faculty in 1998, Dr. Chang has focused on dental education and maintaining a private practice limited to implant prosthodontics and maxillofacial prosthetic rehabilitation. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, Dr. Chang ensures high standards of care in her clinical practice. She is the program director for the Maxillofacial Prosthetics Advanced Prosthodontics residency, overseeing the training of future leaders in the field. Dr. Chang's research interests include Cleft Lip and Palate Rehabilitation, Implant Biomechanics, and Patient-Centered Outcome Studies. Her commitment to education has earned her multiple teaching awards from UCLA, where she has been recognized for excellence in teaching. Additionally, she is an inaugural member of the Academy of Excellent Educators at the School of Dentistry. Dr. Chang actively participates in professional organizations such as the American Dental Education Association and the International Association for Dental Research.
