Biography

Professor Tsui received his Doctorate degree in Materials Science from Rice University, Houston, Texas. After working in the semiconductor industry, he joined the Chemical Engineering program at the University of Waterloo as an Associate Professor. His current research focuses on the mechanical properties of thin films and essential reliability in miniature devices.
