Biography

Tobias Wasser is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry (Adjunct) at the Yale School of Medicine and a Clinical Associate Professor of Law (Adjunct) at Yale Law School. His work focuses on the intersections of research, education, and leadership within forensic mental health systems and public-sector mental health. He is currently the Chair of Psychiatry at Quinnipiac University's Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine and also serves as Chair of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health for Hartford Healthcare's Fairfield Region. Wasser's academic involvement includes a Public Psychiatry Fellowship and Forensic Fellowship, both from Yale University School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency. He obtained his MD from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and his BA in Psychology from Wesleyan University.
