Dr. Todd Henshaw

Biography

Todd Henshaw is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Leadership and Change Management at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He also holds the position of Distinguished Visiting Professor at Tsinghua University and is the President of Leader Development Associates. At Wharton, Todd directs and designs executive leadership programs tailored for approximately 60 corporate clients both domestically and internationally. His extensive experience includes previous roles as a Professor at Columbia University and as the Academy Professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Todd currently serves as the Learning Director for Wharton's Advanced Management Program, where he teaches leadership to executives and MBA students worldwide. Over the years, he has worked to enhance the leadership capacity of various organizations, including ABB, Aon, and General Electric, among others. His military background includes 24 years of service as an officer in the United States Army, where he held command and leadership roles at multiple levels, culminating in his final mission to design and build the National Military Academy in Afghanistan. Todd earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin in 1995 and a PhD in Business from the University of Kansas in 2003.
