Biography

Tom Hickman is a Professor of Public Law at University College London. He is also a practising barrister at Blackstone Chambers, where he has been employed since 2005. Hickman's academic and professional interests lie in constitutional law, administrative law, human rights, and national security law. He has authored the book 'Public Law Human Rights Act' which won the Inner Temple Book Prize in 2008-2011, and co-authored 'Human Rights: Judicial Protection in the United Kingdom'.
