Dr. Tomer Kenneth

Biography

Tomer Kenneth is a Visiting Assistant Professor at USC Gould School of Law and an Affiliated Fellow at the Information Law Institute at New York University School of Law. He serves as the Deputy Editor of the International Journal Evidence & Proof. Professor Kenneth's research focuses on decision-making processes, the intersection of law and politics, and his primary research areas include evidence, legal theory, political theory, and law and technology. Before joining USC, he was a fellow at NYU's Information Law Institute and taught at New York Law School. At USC, he teaches courses on evidence and judicial decision-making. His scholarly work has been published or is forthcoming in renowned journals such as the University of Chicago Law Review, Law & Philosophy, Yale Journal of Law & Humanities, Harvard Journal of Legislation, and Duke Law Journal Online.
