Biography

Tomilola Adebiyi is the Director of Queen's Business Law Clinic and an Adjunct Lecturer in Law. With a diverse legal background, she aims to serve students and the local business community through practical clinic-based training. She holds an LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria (2008), a B.L from the Unified Nigerian Law School (2009), and an LL.M from McGill University. After being called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009, she began her legal career at a leading business law firm in Lagos, Nigeria. Following her work there, she completed the accreditation process for a pro bono organization in Saskatchewan, becoming a member of the Bar in 2018. She subsequently worked as an Investigator for the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission. Adebiyi brings expertise in corporate-commercial law, employment law, and intellectual property law, showing a strong commitment to pro bono service.
