Biography

Tomislav Ladika is an Associate Professor in the Finance Faculty at the University of Amsterdam. He obtained his PhD in Economics from Brown University and has been teaching at UvA since 2012. His current research focuses on the growing reliance on intangible assets and human capital in the economy, especially regarding how these transitions affect corporate investment and employee retention.
